Our fun-filled preschool class is designed to help children aged 3 to 4 develop key physical skills such as agility, balance, and coordination. Using a wide variety of gymnastics equipment, children explore different ways of moving while building confidence and body awareness.
Each session follows a familiar, engaging structure that includes:
* Exciting warm-up games
* Creative travelling movements
* Gentle stretching
* A weekly focus on a different piece of apparatus
No two sessions are ever the same, keeping things fresh, fun, and full of discovery!

An annual insurance is MANDATORY for all members and is to be paid to British Gymnastics - our governing body. This insurance runs October - October. The insurance is paid directly through British Gymnastics. All recreational classes will require a Bronze Membership.
