Terms & Conditions
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT.
Gymnastic activities have an inherent risk of injury and although the club will endeavour to minimise any risk, accidents may still happen. It is incumbent on all members to abide by the safety rules and codes of conduct at all times. The participant/parents are required to ensure that the gymnast is physically fit and healthy to participate, particularly after illness or injury and if needed have a consultation with the welfare officer and coach.
The data collected will be used to ensure your child is safe to participate, to ensure we have a contact in case of an emergency and to enter your child into competitions.
IN THIS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT, I DECLARE THAT I UNDERSTAND THE ELEMENT OF RISK AND I AM WILLING TO PARTICIPATE AND WILL ADHERE TO THE SAFETY RULES AND CODES OF CONDUCT.
PARENTS PLEASE READ THROUGH THE FOLLOWING CODE OF CONDUCT WITH YOUR CHILD AND EXPLAIN ANYTHING THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND.
