Adult gymnastics is a structured fitness program designed for people aged 14 and over. We welcome complete beginners, former competitive gymnasts, cross-training athletes and exercise enthusiasts. Working at your own pace, you can learn your first cartwheel, handstand or relive the old days with tumbling, trampoline and floorwork available. You will be taught by British Gymnastics coaches and supported throughout your sessions, whether for fitness or achieving new goals.

Please wear sport clothing such as a t-shirt, shorts, leggings or leotard.
